  • Cookie baking

    Today we made some cookies that we make each Christmas. Kourabiedes. I learned how to make these many years ago from a Greek yiayia. Now my daughter can make the entire batch, as seen here. (this is a practice post for me to learn about posting to this site).

    Mixing by hand the old school way.
    Ready for the oven.
    All done and dusted with icing sugar.
    Carefully preparing the cookies – paying attention to thickness and shape.
